Spidigo — internet broadband connection problem | |||||
We are having spidigo BroadBand Connection from last 6months, As when we inquire reg. connection the mktg people promises the connectivity is very much consistency. But after few weeks problem start, when we got disconnection problem we call to customer care always they say within 1hrs eng visit to your place but never visited, and from last three months they always says the fiber cable cut. and resolve take day or two. For that we contact Nodal Officer but no responce from the officer. our request pleas take action against and refund balance amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Firstly, Internet was not working for 3 days then it start connecting and disconnecting every 5 minutes.Their Customer can number is even dead.ISP not replying to mails too.I had sent 3 mails still no reply.Now it's been more than 10-12 days still no reply.Worst service.Fraud!
