Spidigo — internet connection broadband not working properly

I have spidi go broadband Internet connection with optic fiber technology since 18 months. Our Internet is not working properly since many days kindly take some actions. Since 4 days no internet connections is there. I have registered the complaint but no one is responding from the company side. My complaint number is TKT1683. Kindly take necessary action against them.

Since last 3 month, spidigo service is hopeless. No body is taking responsibility. No one is picking mobile n the person picking up the call is saying wrong number. Please resolve my issue of connectivity or arrange to refund my balance amount wothout delay.

bro have the same issue point 2 point connection and for 2 years renewed for i am sorry to say company is closed and now pace internet its assistant is handling it my itself connection was down for 5 days plus rite now i am buying another connection fro air-tel has company is closed and soon whole internet will be down the person who was employee he told now nothing can be done even not refund the guy has ran away the owner and took everyone money so u better be prepare for worse has we cant do anything even offices are closed and emplyees also left
