Spidigo — internet connection & cheating to customer

Address:6A Jayvijay Society, Naranpura, Ahmedabad 380013, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, 380013

I have taken a plan for 18 month in July'18 with unlimited access. Since last one month there is no availability of internet connection. company has removed its one of the customer care number while on other number it always shows waiting. I have loged in complaint on company"s website with my customer id i.e.Parash79.
Company is not responding in any ways.
Please help to get my refund.
