Spidigo — internet has no access | |||
Since last 3 days my net is not working properly. There customer care no. Are not receiving call from last 2 days. Before that we call to customer care 3 times and on the 3rd time they said your problem is solved by hardik by evening only but they can not give his number and it's been 3 days hardik is not here. Till now we faced problem of slow internet only but now there is no internet. Spidigo has bad customer service i have ever faced. If you have to do right thing and then solve our net problem. bro have the same issue point 2 point connection and for 2 years renewed for i am sorry to say company is closed and now pace internet its assistant is handling it my itself connection was down for 5 days plus rite now i am buying another connection fro air-tel has company is closed and soon whole internet will be down the person who was employee he told now nothing can be done even not refund the guy has ran away the owner and took everyone money so u better be prepare for worse has we cant do anything even offices are closed and emplyees also left

I have done complaints twice for my refund of rs 500 but still my comlaints is not resolved...My complaint id is 228078.. pl resloved my complain.. Thanking u Dr.Yogesh jadav
