Spidigo — Internet is not working even after solving problem by on of him engineer

My userId is "rahulranwa"
my internet is not working since last 20 days i complaint again that to spidigo customer service Bad news - Even though we've managed to contact the company, they're quite slow at resolving complaints.
Event after resolving the problem internet is working only for one day perfectly and again i am facing same problem
