Spidigo — internet is not working since 1 month

There is no internet connection since 1 month. I've requested for the same around 25-30 times, visited office for complain. But there is no reply. How careless is this. If you have nothing related to service then why you run company. Give my money back, otherwise I've to go to consumer forum. This is strictly notice and last chance to you. Either Fix and extend the days I've lost or return me the full amount back.

Internet has been down for more than a week in every month...and even if its is one (for 10min)
I will be down again for week
Since last 2 days my net is not working properly. There customer care number are not receiving call.
