Spidigo — internet issue not able to login user id/password

Our user id is not able to login

Hello my name is sahil bagda, brother of vishal bagda i am having an internet issue at satellite area. From last 2 weeks our internet connection has been disconnected from your side i am not able to login my id to connect the internet. We have a receipt of that plan that we have activated which is the proof that our internet is diactivated before the time. So this is my humble request to you to activate our internet connection before its plan ends. Repair it or refund us, we are waiting for the response as fast as possible.

Third Class category Service of Internet Provide in Ahmedabad that called "SPIDIGO Internet Service Co." which is oftenfly SHUTTING DOWN and even No-One Pick-up the Call... -5/5 ( i have to bear this service provider due i hv taken whole year subscription) after that i havn't stand for second...

complaint on net & message from your side net continue within 72 hours as on 6.3.19..
But not solve till now.

My id is vijaysingh07 from Maninagar east Ahmedabad Gujarat. My internet isn't working from yesterday...n I have called for atleast 25 times to complaint for no internet connection, not once anyone have received my call. All my working is pending because of no internet. I m gng under very huge lose. Plz resolve my internet connection asap.
