Once a week i need to waste my 1 hour to call the customer care for the resolution of my broadband as they keep us on hold by saying wait while we connect your call - your current waiting is 30/40 in queue, they keep us on hold till 2/3 in queue and disconnects the call by saying all our agents are busy try calling us after some time. After getting connected they simply takes a complain and inform us that our technician will get in touch with you, technician atleast takes two days in reverting and fixing the problem, after which it works properly for next 3 days, again the problem arise and this cycle repeats every time and i am tired now doing the same thing. Would love to get the refund for my 1 year subscription plan with spidigo, not at all happy with your service. User id:- bmulchandani Was this information helpful? | |||

Its not busy the company is bankrupt and the ppk ran away they just put on telecaller money his gone go for other internet

My user ID and password are not working.
And it's been 10 days.
I have tried calling them regularly around 20 to 30 times a day but their executives are too busy.
