Spidigo — Internet not work properly | |||
I have bought spidigo broadband connection in spetember 2015 for 15 months of services by paying advance of 12000 rs(including services and installation charges). From almost a week they are not able to provide proper internet services.I was registering complaint almost twice a day, every now and then they would say that it will work after two hours, we have sent engineers.And if you call after 8, their answer is pre defined that they cant do any thing after 8(engineers are not available then). Worst of all their engineers come and rather fixing the problem, they would spoil the working internet connection and would say they cant help. I am working on online projects for which I need internet connection.I have lost my potential client because of poor connection. Every day almost 3-4 hours I sit in front of pc and hoping internet got connected. Thus I have wasted my money, time and above all peace of mind. My concern is their fake promises, I have suffered almost loss of 8000 due to this. If they would have said that they wont be able to provide service for next week then I have looked for another option but they are bunch of jokers who dont care about customers once they got advance payments.
