Spidigo — internet not working - complaint no[protected]

My Internet is not working since 07/05, when I called them on 07/05 they said it was an internal issue and will be resolved on 07/05, on that day they don't even register a complaint. When I called them on 07/06 they register a complain with complaint number[protected] and they are still not resolved an issue.

They stopped internet on every saturday and sunday and this happen every time. They took my money in advance and they haven't provide the service for my money.

I have paid for 1 year connection and I have not received my service please advise how I can receive a refund. I have called 10 times and either no answer or we will call you back.
