Dear sir/mam,
my connection id is "chandan1792" & my internet is not working from last 2 months.i have already paid rs.6200 for 30 months. i tried to contact your local office and also tried to call on your help desk number but everything is closed in my location Surat.i request you to kindly resolve my issue or refund my amount otherwise i will be bound to take legal action against your company.

I have registered complain 2 days before and the net is not working i haven't got and sincere reply frim customer care as well my id is i have paid for the internet 2 years in advance

Spidigo customer service poorest. Customer care service number not working. No Helpline number updates on website. My internet service not working since last two days but no way to complain. No speed as claim in subscription category.

Please restore connection, improve speed or refund money.
