Spidigo — Internet not working properly

Hello, I am using SPiDiGO Broadbend since 06/09/2011. User id: rizmotha Initially it was working good but it has been almost a year since I have got continuous working internet. It disconnects very often or if working than speed becomes very slow. I have registered so many complaints (You can check for particular user id with your database) but result is still same. I don't know what you guys are doing. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with your service. I need my money back as I don't want to continue with your company any more otherwise I will move to consumer forum. Hope you will understand my complaint and resolve it as soon as possible.
