Spidigo — internet not working since 15 days and really bad service procedures

I am filling this complaint against you as your internet is not working since last 15 days and also the customer care no doesnt respond, it just keeps u in the queue for 30mins and then disconnects the call.I mean which company has that much customer calling customer care daily nonstop and pre-booking their position in the queue bedore actual complaint lodging. I want the action to be taken the quickest and I m providing a notice of 2 days to resolve my issue or else I will sue you in the court.Resolve the matter and provide me the compensation for the problems I faced

We took spidigo broadband connection and made the advance payment for 1.5 years in Shahibaug

The owner has now ran away taking our money.

We tried to contact the person and also tried to call customer care but it was not helpful.
Please help us out

no reply on phone.we have to here cassette for 10 minuts but no reply.
my business is suffering
my son work is also suffering.
we have paid in advance.

company is bankrupt and sold to pace internet services soon that also will be down the owner took away people money by giving 2 year plan and took 10000 plus from every client so forget your money shift to other internet provider because soon the chapter will be close and dead
