Spidigo — internet not working since last 10 days and no engineer is being sent for resolving the issue | |||||
I registered a complaint through the customer care number[protected] one week ago and have been calling everyday since then to enquire about the complain status and there is only one response : we are forwarding your request/complaint to our engineers and they will contact you. No one from spidigo has contacted yet. My user id is dhruvsachdev. This is a kind request to please solve this immediately. Inspite of having a policy of catering to the request/complaint in 48 hours, they are not living upto their words. When i wanted a new connection, they were calling from their end and they reached my home on the same day of the inquiry.
