I have purchased 100 gb plan for 1 year. But most of time my internet connection is down. I am getting connection for fixed timing in day like from 9am-3pm, then from 8pm-12am. Rest of time no connection.
From last 1 month i am suffering like this and Daily I am calling them to resolve this. But my problem is not resolved at all till date.
I have submitted photo of my wifi router which taken at 8am and it shows only 2 lights. If internet is working, there should have been 3 lights.
Please help.
