Spidigo — Internet service problems

I am not able to do my important works online because of your internet connection. I am having tough time with this spidigo connection. And seriously so pissed as its not working since last three days. Yes my internet is not working since last three days. Please help me with this issue otherwise i would have to cutoff this connection and take my money back. And please make it asap as i have important work to do so please.

Spidigo vale ki service akdam bakvas he.. kabhi WIFI band ho jata he to koi ata bhi nai he dekhne ke liye..
