Spidigo — internet service providing

I had purchased 2 year plan of spidigo on sept 2018, now from 18th june 2019 internet is not coming and customer care is also not connecting of spidigo, i am from ahmedabad and there is nothing to which i can call or visit as local office in ahmedabad has been closed. i request the forum to take up the issue to concerned and resolve the same else please elcalate to legal forum i am waiting from 2 months for the same
