Our Wifi is not working since 22 nd september. I
complained on 2nd october and they said it will be solved in 48 hours.
today its the 7th day and no one has come yet. everyday i remind them
10 times and get a reply that the technician is on way. when the rent was due they didnt waste a minute to collect the cheque. and if payment is delayed by a day they immediately cut the connection. Will they refund the amount for number of days the service was not available????!!!
