Spidigo — issue regarding internet connectivity.

i got my Spidigo broadband and Internet service 2days ago and since that very moment i have been facing issue regarding the connectivity. Whenever i logged in with username and password after every 15mins the internet connection gets terminated or disconnected automatically. This is not the reason i choose Spidigo and this not what i singed up for. This is unacceptable. please fix this issue. i can't waste anymore time and money on this. my work has been on hold since then. fix this As Soon As Possible.
