Reminder-1 I would like to inform u that my id is Mukesh_67 I have complained regarding slow speed and also tech.staff 4days ago, every time I got same answer from your learnt call center employee that engineer will contact u and come to you but still no engineer has contact ed me and no satisfactory reply from your side.I m also working in private company so give me fix time when will your engineer come to me so I can stay at home. Pl.give me your higher authority mobile no so I can ask him to refund my money. Thnx Mukesh patel
