Spidigo — my internet is not working since a month

My broadband internet connection is not working since a month.

I have tried many times to contact customer care but can't. It only plays a prerecorded audio.

My username is : devarsmodi

Connection area is thaltej, ahmedabad, gujarat.

There is not any response for emails i have sent spidigo regarding complaint of internet connection.

Please resolve my issue asap.

compnay is closed mate shift to another internet provider myself 15000 is gone took 2 years plan wait for 2 or 3 months it will be closed fully the investor has backed out of company so thery are proving only 1/2 mbbps net so that people not panic office are closed too so better to convert u r net with other provider waiting is wating no one will reply even company wont no refund asper company rules and polices
