Spidigo — Net not working & complaint not attending for long time. | |||||
Sir I have taken the broadband connection from Spidigo . My complaint are as below— 1---After many reminder they came to installed the connection. 2--- Mr Adit Patel –Sales Executive – of Spidigo told me that they will install the anatine at our building top to get the batter net work. 3---At the time of installation their staff refused to install the anatine saying that these are not in these Revolution Home Plus package & Draw the cable from other building . 4--- At the time of installation net signals are breaking & coming. Their staff with changing the three/four adopter ( finally install old adopter) start the net but still it is not working without breaking the signals. They not make any installation report also. 5---Than I make the complaint to their [protected]@spidgo.com on[protected] registered with Trouble Ticket no 1509589 But till today problem as on[protected]. 6—Than last on[protected] I mail him to return the my money back as I am not satisfy with their net work signals & services.
