Spidigo — Network not working & Login change required | |||||
I had registered an issue on 23rd october 2015 that i wanted to change the configuration of the sign login in a different laptop which was for house use which they did not do at all, I decided to change my Laptop. Today 30th October 2015 they have not addressed the above issue. Today morning the network is not working so at 7.45am i spoke to Vijay and at 9.45am i Spoke to Parinda through their customer complain number provided and they as usual both of them your complain has been given top priority and it will be attended soon. Till now the service has not be restored and all the calls i made till now the same story. I had taken the highest option available that is 2Mbps for 15 months which according to their marketing executive was the best plan for the usage i had informed. I am really tired with the services of Spidigo though it is only 10 days I have taken connection i have still 15 months to avail of their services and I am gonna be having high pressure from them.
