They don't have any support team or not a well educated "enigineer" they are just uneducated boys who only says "noted complaint, for other help meet at office" and the person they say enginner are only a person who come to house switch off the modem, restart it. If it dont help he says complaint forwarded to other team, just waste of money and time. The sells executive "bhardway yadav" also switch off phone and make my number reject list.
