Spidigo — No connectivity from 1 week, nobody attend complaint from 1 week

My spidigo internet connection id vishnu58, it was stopped from 1 week.i was complaint to spidigo custmer care more then 20 times but nobady comes for attend it.custmercare person told same sentence "complaine forward to technical team".they never given anybody higher aurthorities contect no. for solve complain.
