Spidigo — no internet since a week. weak connection since last 4 months | |||
I have taken one year subscription for spidigo internet service for which i have already paid the full amount while applying for it. Since last 4 months, the performance of wifi signal is pretty weak and they keep them disconnected on weekends. Since last week, our login credentials are not getting accepted on their portal. First of all, poor service. Second of all poor consumer call center service. They keep us on queue for 15 minutes to only let us know that the customer care officials are busy. I have been trying to reach out to them since a week with no avail. It's pure case extortion of money for which they take the full amount at the beginning itself only to disappoint with poorest service of broadband Was this information helpful? | |||
