Spidigo — no internet working | |||
Dear Sir We have taken for 12 months from Spidigo Company for Proper Broadband service but from 15th January, 2019 I am facing issue of internet connection Lost everyday. We have tried to call customer care daily but occasionally we get to connect them in 2 days and they are just saying your problem is registered but no proper action is taken from their end.Even after 10 days Daily Problem No engineer had ever visited to our of ce.Further The sales executive who had given this connection is also not picking the phone and our issue is not solved.Now we are need to take another connection of GTPL as an alternative connection as we are CA (Chartered Accountant rm).We have missed many client's GST return ling deadline of 20th January due to this issue and suffered heavy loss due to no internet connectivity.We also led this complain with the JIO Connection of Mobile. We also have twitted and try to get to inform our issue but no response even we have messaged them by FB Messenger and mailed them also but they had not solved our issue. We hope from you that you resolve our issue in the best way and in future any broadband company can not take any prepaid from the customer as after taking prepaid they do not provide any service to the client.
