My internet is not working from sunday evening. So i tried to contact on my isp number for registering complaint but it was not working. So i emailed them on monday and registered complaint on monday. After that i also have contacted their technical officer and other many times but they still haven't addressed my issue. They also have policy to address issue within 48 hrs but they failed to follow that deadline. This are not the first time in past 6 month i have faced this issue more than 10 times.
