Spidigo — No Response from customer support team

I have called them about my internet issue more then 7 times after spend 15-20 min for waiting they just cut the line or after received call no one talk properly.Even submit email on there support id but i think no one is manged it. If we complain about refund they said email to support but nothing is replied till now.
