Spidigo — not getting the service after payment | |||||
I have paid for 18 months of broadband services in last year January so I still have 6 months of services left to be utilized. Since last week I am unable to login to the spidigo portal and unable to get the internet services for which I have paid them. I am trying to contact spidigo via their customer care number since last week but I am not able to get to the customer representative yet. After 2 minutes the call gets disconnected stating representatives are busy and they have not provided any other way of contacting them so that my issue is resolved and I am able to use the service for which I have paid. If they cannot provide me the service for which they have been paid then I would like them to refund the money for the remaining services. There should be a strict action taken against spidigo because of the problems which their customers are facing. Spidigo does not care for their customer after getting paid. This is the worst user experience I have ever had in my entire life. Was this information helpful? | |||||
