Spidigo — Not solving complaint even after 48 hours of net down even if commited. | |||
I have Spidigo broadband service and I made complaint for net down on August August 6, 2015, and now it is almost 48 hours gone, and no response to my complaint. They committed to solve complaints within 48 working hours, but its useless. This is not the first time that I face this problem, it has been a big headache each and every time to get service from them to get net connected again once we have any complaint.
