Spidigo — Nothing service provided after taking money from customer.. Bogus spidigo

Before 5 days i installed a new broadband connection at my home after service engineer visited then my internet getting stopped till now i complained many times to resolve this problem but they only says we arranged a engineer to resolve this problem but till now there is a no service provided to me for this connection i paid 7500 rs for 7 months. but still i didn't get any service ...i want to resolve as soon as possible, , , during cash collection they called me many times to get this connection but after payment no one is helping me.
