Hello, hereby devang patel from ahmedabad, ghatlodia area, since few days i am not able to work because of third class network of spidigo and also not able to connect to any customer services. I am willing to know about completion period of my plan.

They have sold their company to Pace internet, taken advance from the customers and stopped giving services . Their registered office in the name of Chandra net is for namesake with 1 person sitting. It's totally a case of fraud and surprising no action whatsoever has been taken against them

    Since last 3 days my net is not working properly. There customer care no. Are not receiving call from last 2 days. Before that we call to customer care 3 times and on the 3rd time they said your problem is solved by hardik by evening only but they can not give his number and it's been 3 days hardik is not here. Till now we faced problem of slow internet only but now there is no internet. Spidigo has bad customer service i have ever faced. If you have to do right thing and then solve our net problem.     Again the same problem occur in just one, and from last 2 days WiFi is not working

    How long I have to wait for solution. Today being 9th May no one has attended the call.

    Please look into the matter and take suitable action.

      Last 15 days wifi is not working it is showing no internet connection and i am complaining it from day 1 but there is no response. It happens twice in the two months i had filed a complaint also and they said a person will come but yet no one came. And in call center no one is picking up the phone. This is very frustrating now i have to go to national consumer care.

        No one is responding.

        Every day I am approaching but no fruitful result obtained.

        Since last 15 days or so, I am approaching and also knocked your door to help me out. Nothing has been done so far.

        Please fix problem i have to complain about it every month, internet is not available on my spidigo broadband wifi please provide good service or sell your company and go to home.how can i refer to my friends if you will not provide good service.please fix this .
        I have made several times about the as connectivity problem AND speed slow but regret deeply no one has so far attended the call. Through SMS I approach them to solve the problem, but no fruitful result.
        Why is your service so poor. You have no one to answer our complaints. All your numbers are busy. Our internet is off since 48 hours. This happens every week. Don't you care for your customers after providing connection? Kindly solve my issue as soon as possible.

            Its been 4 days that my internet access is not working

            I have complained like about 15 to 20 times and half of the timw they haven't picked up my phone

            And also these idots don't even know what to say about the complain to get away from the conversation they say that the problem will be solved in just 2 hrs

            But its 4 days you piece of # hasn't been working

            Most irresponsible and unprofessional company i have ever experience

              I have spidi go broadband Internet connection with optic fiber technology since 18 months. Our Internet is not working properly since many days kindly take some actions.                   I have lodged complaints about slow speed and connectivity problems many a times, but regret no one is responding.

                  Earlier spidigo who were giving service support, whenever problem exists, now pace internet, they are looking after all service support on behalf of spidigo. This was informed to me through sms.

                  No one is attending phone call or messages resulting still problem existing.
                  Speed is too slow (My plan is 50 mbps)
                  Fluctuation in connectivity.

                    I am having spidigo point to point connection at my residence. This was renewed during october '18 for next 2 years. Since than facing issue for not working/irretic working.
                    It was closed almost a month all put to gather.

                    Currently it is blocked since last saturday i. E. 27/04/2019 and till writing of this note, not resolved. For the last 3 days person is visiting at residence but no results.
                    While talking today to that person, he has not responded. I want to discontinue this service for ever and wuld like to have refund back for balance period

                      I am unable to login in spidigo my account. Earlier given password is not working and there is no option of forgot password to reset. We are facing problem of connectivity issue daily since last 3-4 months hence we are not using data of spidigo broadband and paid full amount upfront. Now i want to check how much data used in last 4 month to get refund of money.

                      Company is having some hiccups recently not providing proper service and recently they approached me for a faster plan and have collected a whole year of plan’s amount in advance, and still has not started the service nor are they refunding the amount to me. Almost 3 months now still no reply from company’s side.

                        My id is shahvarsha of spidigo.
                        My internet is not working since 15 days. I have cctv at home. My father is 90 yrs old and requires 24 hr care with cctv monitoring.
                        Now everytime the internet stops working then the cctv stops and we are not able to take care of my father who is a retired army officer of 90 yrs.
                        We have sent messages tried calling and even sent staff personally to the office but of no use.

                          Dear sir, i also would like to inform you that, spidigo internet services are not providing proper services to its customer. Once, they paid the charge the company doesnt look after the customer.
                          Internet gets shut down on every week end and despite of complaining several times, their executives or service engineers doesnt react promptly. Hence, internet doesnt work for some times week or more.

                            Dear sir, i would like to inform you that, spidigo internet services are not providing proper services to its customer. Once, they paid the charge the company doesnt look after the customer.

                              I've took Spidigo. I've soo much connectivity issues, like every month its fix that my wifi will stop working. When i complain to Spidigo customer Service, They take more than 20-40 days to send Their engineer at my house to repair. My whole money wasted because of their worst Service. I want my money back. Now i don't want Spidigo anymore i just want my money back. One of the worst Internet service Provider.

                                Plenty of times I have lodged complaints about poor internet connectivity and Speed is too slow, my plan is 50 Mbps and currently it is too slow.
                                Many of times lodged complaint, but regret no one has visited till date

                                Surprisingly, earlier internet provider was SPIDIGO who were giving support if problem arises, now Pace Internet will provide assistant in place of Spidigo. No contact number is given. A number was sent through SMS but sorry to say no one is responding.

                                  I am filling this complaint against you as your internet is not working since last 15 days and also the customer care no doesnt respond, it just keeps u in the queue for 30mins and then disconnects the call.I mean which company has that much customer calling customer care daily nonstop and pre-booking their position in the queue bedore actual complaint lodging. I want the action to be taken the quickest and I m providing a notice of 2 days to resolve my issue or else I will sue you in the court.Resolve the matter and provide me the compensation for the problems I faced

                                    Its been a week, i’ve paid my renewal fees to activate the connection but no one is coming for the installation. I had conversation with their customer support also on the period for few time but no positive outcome appear.
                                    I called everyday to your customer support team and it’s very difficult to connect with them, everyday i have to go through this.

                                    company is closed and took over by pace internet u should not have it renew i have told everyone here not to get renew go for different company now your money is gone...
                                    Didn’t get any positive response from them...its been more than 10days

                                      Company is closed and took over by pace internet services soon everything will be closed just wait spidigo has cheated everyone and ran away... all people if possible buy some reliable company like airtel jio on monthly basis this cheap companies took peoples money now nothing can be done so be away it s better to pay out monthly to good reliable services do not renew packs with the company everything is gone away and it better to buy good company with monthly packages soon u will get a login page of pace interent company that will also go away soon so be aware ...dont renew u r package with the company
