My self amarish dawada and i live in ahmedabad. I have contact your sales guy mr. Kirit gohil (Cfa no:12959). The guy said me to pay online which plan i want to activate. So i have paid 2770 rs/- online for a 3-month plan on 27th january 2019 from your website. After paid the amount i have inform mr. Kirit regarding that and he said he will come and set up the new connection.
But after few days when he did not come so i try to call him but he is not picking up my call even, i have sent him messages on whatsapp he read the messages but not gave any reply. So i called your customer care and your customer care guy said don't worry we will check and let you know as soon as possible. But till date, i am not getting any response.
Now your so called great company customer care officers nor mr. Kirit pick my call. If you will not resolve my issue then i will go to consumer court. I will never tolerate this kind of cheating. Now the choice is your setup the connection or gets back my money. Was this information helpful? |
