[Resolved]  Spidigo — Please return my money its been 2 months now

I have submitted all my document along with a cash of Rs. 7800. The sales person with the name Jitendra collected the amount from office on 25th September 2014. I was told that the installation will be initiated within 7 working days. Till date 11th November 2014 I have no response from the installation team. We I called the guys name Jitendra who collected money. He was yelling at me saying Spidigo will not return the money in any case, I then approached a person with name Mr. Mishra, he is area manager. He gave the commitment that by Monday he is going to provide me with Cheque. Please let me know what should be my next step as a normal person.
