This is to inform you that my service was started three weeks ago and since then i am facing network problems now and then.An engineer named Mohit attended and Installed the connection with the defective router and promised me to change the router within a week.But the problem has not yet resolved and i even called the customer care thrice and they also not responding ppositively.I am all fed up with the serivce provided and i visited the office at the S.G.Highway and there also i didnt get any reply.
This is my last request to you and your company to solve my issues.
