[Resolved] Spidigo — Poor Service support and Harassment | |||
I have taken a broadband Internet connection from Spidigo in June-2014 for 15 months and did advance payment. People from Company came to my house, connected one cable to my computer which was drawn the terrace and Internet started. Now My internet connection is not working for last 8 days. I reported it on 1st Oct to customer service. One person came and after going to Terrace, he reported that device has got stolen and it needs to be discussed with customer retention manager Mr Aman. He gave his mobile number - [protected]. Not surprisingly, the number found in switched off condition for two days. Some how I could get connected to Mr Aman on 4th Oct. He listened to my problem. He told me that he will come back to me after some time. After 2-3 hours, Mr Aman called me and told me that my problem will be resolved on Monday - 6th Oct. I waited for whole day on 6th but did not get any call. Then I started calling to him but his phone is continuously coming in switched off condition. Today also I tried multiple number of times to him but his phone is switched off. Then I called to Customer service three times and requested for a dialogue with Mr Aman but even after being promised by people over call, no one called talked to me though person over phone told me that Mr Aman is present in Office and will talk to me. At last at 2pm I got a call from one person named Jitendra, who asked me that I need to pay rs 1500 then only new device will be installed. It was surprise to me as I have never been told that there is a device on terrace whose responsibility is mine. No one any moment of time told me that there is device at terrace and it is under my responsibility. I had only asked for internet connection which i got but anything done to provide me connection was never discussed with. After hearing this, I shown my reaction and asked him very clearly that since i was never told about this, I can not take responsibility of same and it has to be done by company. He did not agree for same. Then I asked for disconnection of the service and return back my balance money. After some time again Mr Jitendra called me and told me that if I want to discontinue the service then they will be charging Rs 2500 for device for which i again disagreed. Then he told me that he will discuss with Mr Aman again and confirm back to me before 5 pm. But again no one called me and i am waiting for their mercy. I feel harassed like any thing and internet of my home is not running for last 10days which I have taken for my daughter who is studying in class 8th. She is also suffering because of this. I am feeling completely harassed as no one is taking customer seriously. They call day and night and even multiple number of times when connection was to be taken but after that they are treating me like beggers for support and even responding. Its not about only Rs 1500. Its about cheating customers. Definitely I am going to discontinue this service. More interestingly for any thing now i need to go to their office by taking a day leave from my work, however during taking connection these people were ready to come to my house any time any day.
