Spidigo — refund not process | |||||
I inquiry for internet with mr uday patel spidigo service provider. He was committed for p to p connectivity. We processed payment as per his given account number. His engineer come and check zero connectivity. Then we call him he want 2 days time but almost 1 month over. Now he not pick my call and customer care says same answer everytime that is 'we forwarded your complaint call back will come' but no any call back receive what should i do now?
