Spidigo — Refund not received | |||||
I had spidigo connection in new ranip area and i applied for transfer spidigo connection. Spidigo person came and took 500 rs as transfer fee. and after 4-5 days another spidigo person came for set up connection. But he said my society is not coming under spdidigo tower range, so connection is not possible and call to customer care. I called in customer care and customer executive told that connection is not possible and i would get my remaining amount as well as transfer amount by checque with in next week. Buts its more then a month i didnt receive my amount. I already mailed many times at [protected]@spidigo.com but no response till now. Was this information helpful? | |||||
