Spidigo — refund our 9 months money and 500 rs for location transfer

Regarding to above subject we are your existing customer of id - iapl at vastral.

I would like to inform that already we have spidigo connection at our old vastral workshop of ishwar autolink pvt ltd, but we are transferring our location so please transfer our connection at new location address as given below :

We were charged 500 rs for location transfer of our spidigo internet connection at our vastral workshop and after transfer they said that we cannot provide connection as there is no network in that area
So we want refund our nine months which are left in our internet plan and also our 500 rs that we paid for location transfer.
