Spidigo — regarding internet issues

Internet is not good of spidigo and it has been issues since 10 months and from few days they are not picking up the phone and internet is not working properly and one time they have pick the phone but doesn’t solve the internet issue whereas the employees are saying that they have noted a complain but no message has come to my phone of registering the complain.
