Spidigo — Regarding net speed, continuous connectivity, poor service | |||||
Sir, No offence, But You are the worst internet service provider I have ever seen. I mean you people are just cheating with your customers. It has been more than 10 months I have been using your internet service and I have complained for more than 100s of times for speed issues. Every time you call me up and inform me your problem is resolved. And in 2 or 3 days the same problem arises and I have to complain over again. I am not getting for what I have already paid. I have paid for 1 MBPS plan in advance and I am not getting even 1 "KBPS" speed. I have complained about the same problem again and again. But still we are here. I have noticed that more than three month's unsolved my complaints, your technical teams has no courtesy to call back in response of my continuing calling which was not responding by your technicians mno. [protected] You people can not even resolve your own customers' complaints. How would you manage to keep your customers? You don't pay attention to customers' complaints seriously. I wont be choosing your service next time and also I would suggest others not to go for SpidiGo. My SpidiGo account details are mentioned hereunder.
