Spidigo — regarding refund of pending balance | |||
Hi, I have taken spidigo internet connection on 26-jun-2017. Since that day i am not happy with my connection. Every 3rd day it stops working. I am not happy with their service at all. Since last 7 days the connection is not working. I am calling them daily 3 times but still no one is visiting my place to fix the issue. I have visited their office for refund but they are saying there is no refund policy. I am having 1 year plan, still 9 months are there, i can not seat and get irritated for another 9 months by keeping their connection. Please help me to get refund from them.
