Spidigo — shifting of connection | |||
This is with reference of my internet connection with "brijeshashar" user name. Where in i have requested to change the connection and paid the required fees/charges at your bodakdev office too. I have paid the shifting charges on 3rd august 2017 and till the time connection is not fixed at my new address....!! Its almost most 3 month of time period where in i am unable to utilized internet where in i have paid the amount for 18 months in advance...!! Its really a matter of creditability for the company like spidigo where in customer is not getting paid services even. Now i need to know two most important things.. 1. When should i finally get the connection at my new address as register at your bodakdev office with new house annexure copy. 2.
