Spidigo — slow speed of internet since 15 days (user id: amit 810) | |||||
Hello, I have purchased spidigo 6mbps unlimited internet plan before 15 days. I was feeling that the internet will do rocking performance but day by day speed was getting down and since last 2 - 3 days internet is totally down in my personal working hours (8 pm to 1 am). Now a days it is too much slow. It is only 30-35 kbps. I already complained many times to provider, but i am not getting valuable result and due to that reason, now i am applying here so i can get my actual worth of monetary value which i paid. Also, when i do complaint to provider, they came at home and says everything is working fine and close the ticket but i have already mention that speed is not propper in my working time (8pm to 1 am) and due to that i loss my business. The wifi gets turn off and the internet speed is not coming in the devices and it has been a large issue since i have been started the wifi plan and company is not solving this issue.
