Spidigo — spidigo connection is not working for the last 2 days

Connection is not working for the last 2 days. I am from ahmedabad, paldi area. They are not responding on customer care number and on mails. This is happening on regular basis and whenever their connection is down they switch off their customer care number. My is a prepaid connection so i am stuck in this. Me and many others have this same problem so how can we file a case against that company.
