Spidigo — spidigo is not working since last 3 days

I have taken a plan for 18 months in oct '2018 with unlimited access. Since last 3 days there is no availability of internet connection. Company has removed its one of the customer care number while on other number it always shows waiting. I have logged in compliant on company's website with my customer id

Please help to get my refund.

Please help, their ahmedabad office is also closed now.
