Spidigo — Spidigo Poor connectivity ( very slow )

My spidigo internet Id is kaushik1968. Registered Mobile No. :-[protected]. In my tower there are 3 or many spidigo connection but all spidigo connection are working fine except my spidigo connection.and the spidigo engineer says that there is a problem from spidigo.if there is a spidigo probelm then why other are works fine. Each and every week I get loss in my connection and several other issues.so aim asking it for refund due to lack of service and I'm proper connection.
