Spidigo — spidigo spidigo is not working since last 15 days

I have taken a plan for 36 months in oct '2018 with unlimited access. Since last 15days there is no availability of internet connection. Company has removed its one of the customer care number while on other number it always shows waiting. I have logged in compliant on company's website with my customer id

Please help to get my refund.
