I constantly registering the complain from Feb 12, 2016 for same problem on your support number but there is no resolution for it. Each next day your technical team closed the ticket that problem has been resolved and each is not been checked by me though I'm telling will check and revert to close the ticket after checking but your team doesn't take the notice of that and close the ticket as soon as they ends the call.
And each evening I've to call back to your support to raise the complain for the same and also not providing any resolution to it though I told many times to send engineer and resolve the problem but your technical do same thing since long.
So its a request to do needful as its effects my work as it already more than 10 days for which I complain again and again.
And they can't resolve request to provide full refund for it and also the cost that affect my work. Was this information helpful? |
